I lived there 3 years, and mostly they could not keep competent managers, I moved out 4 months ago and have not gotten my security and pet deposits back. Just yesterday they called to say I didn’t give notice, even though I gave them my current address, name and phone number along with checks to cover rent in Dec and Jan, and gave my move out date of2/5/23 in both letters. So how did I not give notice? It is a mediocre place to live, at best
