Dogwood Retirement Apartments is an independent living community in Milledgeville, Georgia, offering housing for residents 62 years of age or older or who are mobility impaired. Located in the historic downtown district surrounded by old trees, this 40-unit community provides subsidized housing where rent is based on income, with residents typically paying approximately 30% of their gross annual income toward rent.

The community benefits from excellent proximity to local amenities, including nearby churches, a community hospital, numerous medical facilities, a post office, grocery markets, and restaurants. Dogwood is situated two blocks from Georgia College and State University, providing residents with access to various activities and programs offered by the university.
