I want to give a huge thank you to Tammy, who has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. She explains everything clearly, and even if she has to repeat something multiple times, she always does it with patience and kindness. She makes you feel calm, relaxed, and supported.<br><br>Tammy goes above and beyond—she even calls to check in on your family, and you can reach out anytime. I personally like to email, and she always replies in a timely manner. I spoke with Tammy. She was very knowledgeable about what the company offers without even having to look it up. She broke down each of my questions and answer them in the most polite manner. Even though she had to repeat the information to me several times she did not get frustrated or annoyed with me. This by far is the best phone etiquette I've ever encountered in my entire 40++++++ years of life (LoL). The last thing that a loved one wants to encounter is someone with horrible phone etiquette and hear the disgust in their voice when we're dealing with a sick loved one. So if you want someone that's going to assist you and take pride in what they do call PrimeCare and ask for Tammy.
