I had to go in for a same day procedure today and from the front desk check in to leaving the hospital EVERYBODY was amazing !!! I was treated with dignity and respect by everyone I encountered and they moved me through quickly and efficiently. Definitely rate my whole experience a 10/10 !

Let's start, this is the worst hospital in the area the nurses do not care and have nothing but attitude even when you ask them a question we have been in this place since 6:00pm it is now 10:45 and nobody we called out in the hall way nobody came to find out what we needed but we can hear them talking amongst earth other laugh and joking, so I decided to go and talk to the front desk just trying to find a nurse any nurse our nurse I finally see a nurse and ask what's going on nothing but attitude so I see our nurse I pointed to her and said that is my nurse to the front desk person our nurse start yelling at me so I yelled back at her now we can't be seen at all this young lady have heart problems and a lot more we was steel once and we try to ask questions it is a problem do not come here at all Just so they know who did it room nine on 04/16/2026 avoid this place at all course the staff will have you sitting in here

I was supposed to have a colonoscopy today and somehow I did not get on the schedule. However, the staff worked quickly to make it happen. If I had not been so tired I might recall more names of the amazing staff that helped me today. Supervisors, please see who was working the check in desk out front and the number 3 check in through the door. (They were great!). Several nurses came in for various reasons and were very kind and helpful. They were completely understanding of the mishap that made it where I was not on the schedule and were willing to work me in. I completely understood that mistakes happen because I do plenty myself and I think all of the staff involved with Dr. Ebanks’ offices both in Milledgeville and Macon are excellent. It was such a pleasure to meet Dr. Ebanks and he was a delight. The rest of the staff that took care of me were also helpful and professional. When I woke up in recovery, Taylor was there to make sure I was OK and wheeled me to the car to see me home safely. Thank you for a good experience at Atrium Health Baldwin.

If I could give y’all No stars I would! Let me start from the beginning when you walk in the door the lady is at the front and asks you “what’s wrong wit you” and you have to tell the front counter lady what is wrong with you in front of the whole er! Then you go to the back the nurse man was really nice gave me a blanket! Because the lobby is freezing! Then you get called to the back they were going to put me in a bed and then another nurse took the bed and I sat in the hallway. Next to an inmate in another guy I know all their history and what is wrong with them. And the questions that they were being asked was Embarrassing to be just talking about that in the hallway! Then they get to me and Want to discuss my medical history which I am not comfortable doing sitting next to an inmate And another man absolutely ridiculous! They pull me into another To discuss my medical history! After sitting there for another 45 minutes after being there almost 4 and they only thing they did was an xray! I left. You really need to get this under control the nurse was completely understanding about me not wanting to Discuss my female anatomy In the middle of the hallway but the fact that she even thought that was OK at first Was a little ridiculous! I would highly recommend that if you Hospital it is your last resort! There are better hospitals you may have to drive a little farther but the fact that your privacy is not a priority in this hospital is Ridiculous

Rooms are nasty. Mask on the floor & someone’s urine sitting here. No one cleaning anything. A hospital shouldn’t be this way. Asked the nurse if they were low staffed, and she said no.
