As a home health nurse, every patient I’ve had in this facility has been so well cared for. Nurses Monna and Karla know all their residents well, and stay on top of collaborating with the care team and families to make sure all needs are met. The caregivers also go above and beyond to get to know their patients and make them feel comfortable and safe. You can tell the staff here care deeply about all residents.

The renovations look fantastic — the new updates really brighten up the community. The management and staff genuinely care about the residents’ well-being and make you feel truly welcome. I've had the opportunity to work closely with the team at Discovery Village Hoffman Estates as part of a Primary Care practice that provides medical services to their residents, and I've been consistently impressed. The recent renovations have made the community even more inviting, and the amenities are excellent, but what truly sets this place apart is the people.<br><br>The staff genuinely care about every resident and go above and beyond to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. Brooke, Noreen, Mona, Karla, Josie, and the entire team are compassionate, attentive, and always willing to help.
