I recently did a tour and was very impressed First off I call they said come when ever you like and I did I walked in the door to residents speaking smiling they had an activity going .The Director you could tell knew the residents and cared and staff was involved it was nice to see .It was a home setting it was great to see .Keep up the great work I was impressed.

Horrible, unapproachable staff. Hard to find anyone who truly cares about the residents. Residents who have outside agency services are left in bed all morning past lunch more times than not.

If possible would give this "assisted living facility" a BIG 0 rating. Urine odor, constant falls, neglectful cleanliness, timely call buzzers, uncaring staff and disorganized management. I would not let my loved family member call this home
