While this nursing home may not be the newest facility on the block, what truly matters is the quality of care — and in that area, they absolutely excel. The staff here are incredibly active, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the well-being of each resident. They go above and beyond every day to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. What really impressed me is how involved and supportive the management team is. They listen. They follow up. And they take every concern seriously, always striving to improve and ensure families feel heard and respected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated and heart-driven team. The people make all the difference.

My dad has been at this facility for 2+years. The entire family has been involved with all aspects of his care and interacts with the staff to seek swift equitable resolution for concerns. No facility is perfect but my dad’s overall care has been good and I give the facility 4 stars. I want to highlight Anthony the facility’s patient care tech/ driver. He has demonstrated sincere kindness, respect and professionalism when transporting and providing care for my dad. The 5 stars are for his dedication to his job.

My mother is at "Desoto Nursing & Rehab. Center", almost 2 years now, and we are pleased with Center, thus far. My mom is happy and content there. She has friends, she likes the staff. They take good care of my mom. This very important to me and my family. One of the things that I noticed since she has been there, the center is always clean , and always smells clean and fresh. This is a (+) in my book. But there is always room for improvement.

If you must take you family there, make sure to check on them often and stay on top of the staff. The management of the facility has gone down tremendously over the year. The care and the service is NOT what the website displays. My sister lived there for about 5 maybe 6 years before she passed from what I believe was a LACK OF CARE. I have filed two complaints with the state in the past because of the care and treatment of my sister who had special needs. There are some Amazing people that work there but not alot. I loved those that honestly cared and pray for those that are there to collect a check.
