Daily chef-prepared meals are served with full table service in a welcoming setting, with the Compass Café offering casual dining and snacks throughout the day. Menus are designed to support individual nutritional needs, preferences, and special diets, with options refreshed every 4–6 months to feature seasonal ingredients and community favorites.
Life enrichment programs are designed to enhance wellness across social, creative, spiritual, and purposeful dimensions. The community embraces an Eden Alternative model with an elder-directed, person-centered culture of caring. Specialized programs include the Life Story program, which honors each resident's unique experiences and hobbies to create personalized care and activities, and the Tiny Stories project, which preserves residents' memories with voices, photos, and personal reflections. Circle of Friends gatherings bring residents and care team members together for meaningful conversation, creative expression, and cognitive exercises.
