DHC has been a game changer for our daughter's life who was born with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy 46 years ago. DM1 is a very multisystemic neurological disease. She has a trach, uses continuous oxygen, and is on a ventilator 24/7. Since the nurses from DHC took over about 2 years ago, her primary doctor stated our daughter is doing better than she did 20 years ago! A key reason for such success has been the nurses' willingness to learn about our daughter's needs from family. It is truly a blessing and a result of the DHC owner's company philosophy. Dakota Home Care does an outstanding job in providing competent and compassionate person centered care. In a day when "We'll be there" often means 'we might show up,' Dakota Home Care means what they say and DOES what they say. I've had several occasions when the service they provided a client made all the difference between going home or going to a nursing home. I would recommend Dakota Home Care without reservation.
