My dad has been a resident at Baptist Health & Rehab for a while now and we are SO thankful for people like Jen at the front desk and members of his care team like Yinka, Theresa, Penny, and Ava. They have been SO kind, compassionate, and encouraging and make us feel so much better about him being there. Jen is always SO friendly, positive, and fun at the front desk. It makes it such a joy to visit, even on the hard days. And the ladies I mentioned on his care team work SO hard and go above and beyond for him. They take care of him as if he was their own loved one and it is SO appreciated by us. We rest so much easier when we know that they are with him. These ladies deserve 5 stars on their own. Even more stars, to be honest. However, we HAVE had some concerns with some other care that don't seem to be getting taken very seriously, so that's the only reason it's a 4 star review. Overall, we're just very thankful to have these ladies in our dad's life and our own!

Thanks for sharing. I was interested in this place for work, but the negatives reviews are more than positive ones and not encouraging. BYE
