Missouri Slope

Missouri Slope is a skilled nursing facility, assisted living community, and rehabilitation provider serving Bismarck, North Dakota. Founded nearly 60 years ago and locally owned, it is the only skilled nursing facility with VA Community Nursing Home Status in the area.
