Wonderfully patient and supportive staff. This is a super hard issue to deal with and the staff makes it easier and that's the highest compliment I can pay.

Our family has had a positive experience with Cypresswood MC community. The staff has been kind, attentive, and responsive to our Aunt’s needs. The move in process was very easy with the support and help from Cheryl and Vicki on site management. The facility is clean and fresh and has lots of open space; they have a variety of activities during the day to keep loved ones engaged and active.<br>We highly appreciate the efforts of all the caregivers that provide individualized attention and care for our Aunt especially Eloise, Ann and Ana and Kim.<br>We are thankful for the care being provided and would recommend this community to families exploring assisted living or memory care options.

The campus and staff at Cypresswood Memory Care are phenomenal. The rooms and common areas are clean and bright. Cheryl and Vicky made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to help during the admission process. Rest assured that your loved one will be taken care of at Cypresswood Memory Care. Ja'layah helped me assemble the new bed for my Aunt Bettye. Her help was invaluable. Mary helped me figure out additional items that Bettye needs like bath mats and a shower chair. Destiny was very kind to my aunt when she arrived, and both Mary and Destiny helped Bettye get situated in her new room. Overall very pleased.
