Recently placed our love one at Misty Willow Home. I am satisfied with the accommodations. Facilities are nice and clean. The staff is professional, informative and pleasant. We’re happy with our choice of choosing this home for our love one😇🙏🏼❤️

This facility needs to be reported to the state you have cna in the hallways asleep not tending to the residents 2 other cna outside in the back smoking marijuana. The poor lady that was working the front all she can say they always like this on the weekend. Let's not forget when you first come into the facility the ladies in the middle has music blasting dancing singing, as you come down the hallways the room are cluttered and has a lot of fall hazards, exposed cream inside a cup which is another violation. I was there for over 2hrs and not 1 round was made so unprofessional and pathetic I'm not just writing a review I'm reporting to state from the looks of things this is normal shouldn't none of the residents have to go through that this facility taking their money stealing from residents neglecting them it's so many violations I took pictures so Erin and the other lady you are getting reported as well this will not be acceptable for them poor residents

I was very scared and concerned about where my mother would have to go to for rehab after her near-death experience and hospital scare. Sometimes the reviews are mixed, and some people have different experiences whether good or bad. But everyone has different opinions and outlooks on things. With this facility and staff, I have never been so happy and relieved to find out that they were so awesome at their jobs. That I could leave my mom in the hands of these people and not worry. Some of the nicest and sweetest health care personnel I have ever met. I was able to sleep at night knowing my mom was here and taken care of. I really want to recognize some of these employees: Mrs Wanda CNA, Miss Jennifer CNA, Mrs Martha CNA, Mrs Kayla Physical therapy, Mrs Vernita Nurse and so many more. I want to sincerely thank you all for such an amazing experience.
