Currently there has been<br>no hot water for 5 days.<br>Residents cannot shower, wash dishes, or do other routine activities requiring hot water. Managemwnt only that they are working on it. This is a recurring problem.<br>I am sending this message<br>On behalf of a close friend who resides there. and all<br>the other residents

I moved into Culpepper Garden January of 2025. There’s a near zero chance of finding a nicer, better home for “lower income” seniors. However the site info needs to be updated to say assisted living is no longer available at Culpepper Garden.<br>After 25 years it just became financially impossible to continue it ☹️😢

My name is Bernadette. Romano and I have been living at Culpepper Gardens for the last 2 1/2 years and I find this place very friendly very clean. The staff is unbelievable because they help you any chance they get and it would be a tragic loss to these people in wheelchairs if they had to find another assisted living place to live the caregivers are fantastic every single one of them in their own way the meals are great. The games are wonderful from anything from Jeopardy to trivia to Wordle to bingo to Rummy cube and they show movies especially on weekends But sometimes we cannot always make the movies because of company coming. I feel it would be a tragic loss to take assisted living out of Culpepper Garden. Thank you for listening and reconsider that there are a lot of hypertensive people here. There are a lot of dementia. There is a lot of people in wheelchairs with MS and need help And I feel it would be a great loss. Thank you.

My mother lives at Culpepper Gardens and she really enjoys all the activities and warm staff. She enjoys the beautiful cafe and the daily meals there since she hates cooking. Location is also very convenient!
