Crown Haven has been a great place for a while now. I enjoy all that they do for me daily. The staff has really helped me to get better. I am grateful that I chose a place like Crown Haven.

My daughter was sent there after knee surgery. They took her to the facility and put her in a room at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, no one had come to check on her. An emergency room wheel chair, with no.leg support mind you, was shoved in her room and the attendant walked out, she was left to wrap sheets around her leg to hold it up and do the best that she could to get to the bathroom on her own. her, she had not been given any medication at 6 o'clock in the evening when she rang the bell for her medication, the nurse came in and literalky cussed her out, saying that he had no control over her meds. Also, she asked, well, what time is dinner and was told well, dinner has already been served. So when the hell were they gonna feed her,!!!!! she had to order a Pizza to eat. by 9 o'clock. After ringing the help bell for 2 hours and getting no response, she called her boyfriend to come pick her up. They would not let him in the building and threaten to call the police. If she tried to leave, she finally told him she didn't care. She was ready to go. They finally let her go, but did not give her any discharge paper. S this place is a death trap. I can only imagine the suffering, abuse and blatant neglect that the elderly go through in that place. How do you put someone in a room for 7 hours and not help them to the bathroom after major knee surgery, not give them their medication, then yell at them when they ask for their medication and tell them, they already missed dinner!!??!!This place needs to be investigated and shut down and Immediately. And I fully intend to contact the local news station and tell my story and have them investigated

Crown Haven Health & there Staff are Absolutely Wonderful, the receptionist are friendly creating everyone with a smile. The staff especially Candice the Unit Manager, Nikita the LPN & CNA Tomeka & the PCA Dalvin who is absolutely great with his interaction with the clients, they are very Professional , Friendly & Caring. I haven't seen not one unhappy Client, this Facility is Great & My Dad & I love All of the Crown Haven Health Care Staff. Keep up the Great Work. ❤️

I never leave reviews but this needs to be said. This place is disgusting. I wouldn’t admit my dog to this facility. The roach infestation is out of this world. Management is unprofessional. They come in looking like they rolled out of bed and didn’t wash the manager with the botched butt job always has a nonchalant unpleasant demeanor but at least she looks like she washes. The ice machine has been broken for several months as told by one of the employees who also said they are constantly under investigation for abuse. The cnas are overworked and under appreciated. I appreciate the ones that try effort. They tried to change their name but look up HunterWoods and you’ll see who they really are. New name same mess. Run!
