I would NOT admit a loved one to the Legacy (Memory Care). I admitted my husband June 10, 2025 and he died in his room Sept.16, 2025. While under their care, they allowed him to lose 15lbs in one month. He had behavior issues, and one nurse in particular seemed to provoke his anger to the point she had him sent out of the facility twice (for 2 weeks at a time). It wasn't until the Director of Nursing and Social Worker suggested I involve Hospice that things improved somewhat. It was too late for him as I truly believe what they did to him help to shorten his life.

the way the residents get treated isn’t always great a nurse on 300 is always in a bad mood and rude to people some of the aids sit around and get mad when they have to do anything management is horrible you bring complaints to their attention and nothing ever gets taken care of most of the housekeepers do NOT do their jobs stand around talking more then they clean a lot of favoritism going on they recognize the ones that don’t do anything and dismiss the ones that bend over backwards for the place a lot of talking behind peoples backs a lot of the residents do not get the care they need they get ignored or told to wait they are busy when in reality they are just hanging out at the nurses station I have seen a lot of stuff go on and this place might look nice but is NOT I will never bring my family here it’s all a front and they over charge residents a lot of people have turned them in and whenever state shows up, they don’t find anything because they hide it all too well

My mom had a stroke in March of 2025 and as a result now resides in the skilled nursing unit of Creasy Springs. I couldn't be happier with the care my mom receives there. The staff doesn't just do their jobs; they truly know my mom. They address her by name and always take the time to listen, which has made the transition so much easier. It feels less like a facility and more like a community where dignity is the priority. The medical team and nursing staff at Creasy Springs are top-notch. Communication with me has been proactive and transparent—I always am updated immediately on any changes in medication or health status. The facility is also consistently clean and uplifting. Residents are encouraged to participate in live music events, various groups of cards, puzzles, and games, and trivia competitions. The dining hall serves hot, nutritious meals that my mom actually enjoys. I highly recommend Creasy Springs for anyone seeking peace of mind concerning adult care.

Broken leg brought me here. Creasy Springs has the best food and the rehabilitation is terrific. I would not hesitate to come back should the need arise. Wonderful staff as well and my insurance, medicaid, covers the cost

Terrible. My dad didn’t get changed or fed and he had bed sores and was not bathed. It’s an awful place not enough staff and rude upper management. Needs to be shut down.
