Craneville Center is a wonderful facility with a great staff. The therapists are great. Thank you all for helping me gain my strength back. I especially want to thank Paul and Danielle, Cheryl, Trina, Jennifer and Mia. I hope I have her name correct. Also the nurses and aides especially Penny and Santiago. And a big thank you to everyone else. I can't remember everyone's names. I highly recommend Craneville Center.

After a hospitalization for a sudden illness, we had to send my mom to Craneville Place for antibiotics and rehabilitation. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and took the time to get to know my mom and understand her needs. The facility was clean and well run. We were happy with the outstanding care she received.

My mother stayed at Craneville Place after being discharged from the hospital, and our family had a very positive experience. The entire staff was kind, respectful, and attentive throughout her stay. They worked closely with her to help her regain her strength and supported all of her needs during rehabilitation. Most importantly, they made sure she was well enough, confident, and secure enough to return home and live independently again. What touched us most was the kindness they showed when she was discharged. The staff lined up to wish her well as she left, which meant so much to our family and truly showed how much they cared about her recovery and well-being. We sincerely appreciate the compassion, support, and excellent care they provided during her stay.

Mom was a resident at Cranville Place of Dalton for a short time before she went home to God. Having to be moved from another facility that promised they could care for her and could not deliver the services she needed! The only wish I had when this all happened is that I would of found Cranville of Dalton first! Cranville is everything a nursing home should be! The staff was amazing, (Mom sure did keep them on their toes) but not one staff member ever showed us nothing but professional care! They all were amazing, polite and made us feel like Mom was in good hands and their first priority was Mom! Thank you to everyone at Cranville Place of Dalton!
