Amazing therapy for my mom who had suffered a stroke. I was so worried about her recovery but so thankful I chose Windsor for rehab. They made her feel so comfortable like home she would say. She loved all the great staff. Not sure about other reviews on here but they were staffed very well. If your loved one needs rehab please I encourage you to come and check it out for yourself. These people who work here are simply amazing! Thank you all for caring for my mom like she was your mom. Oh and she loves the food!

I do not recommend Covenant Living for rehabilitation. A family member went there recently; they are understaffed and weren’t equipped to meet her needs. The people I interacted with, on behalf of her, were more businesslike than compassionate about people and healthcare. We moved her to another facility where she is getting much better care.

My experience with Covenant Living at Windsor Park has been mostly positive, though there are a few things to be aware of. The campus is beautiful—lots of trees, well-maintained walking paths, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff is generally kind and professional, and they offer a wide variety of activities and programs that keep residents engaged and social. The dining options are decent, though not always consistent. Some meals are excellent, others just okay. I’ve also noticed that while many staff members go above and beyond, there can occasionally be communication delays or minor issues with responsiveness. One area for improvement is transparency around health and safety inspections. We learned about some citations after moving in, and I wish that information had been more readily shared upfront. Also, costs can add up quickly, so it’s important to review the financial details carefully.

Beautiful senior living place. It has 6 towers and some town homes. One of them is an assisted living facility. Loved the landscaping and the lake in front of the main entrance. There is a nice eating place, library and piano place. There are some private rooms for people to talk more privately. The only downside is that it is full of just elderly people and they miss out on interactions with kids and other younger adults.

I am an Occupational Therapist and have visited many facilities/communities through the years. This one is top notch and we are happy that my mother was able to move in 6 years ago. We are now transitioning from Independent Care to Johnson Subacute Rehab, and soon Grantham Assisted Living. The care teams in all 3 areas know what they are doing, are open to suggestions, and are helping make each move run seamlessly. The new assisted living wings are gorgeous, as is the newly decorated Centrum in Independent Living. They are happy for family to get involved. I highly recommend.
