I am soo grateful for the blessing I have of living at Covenant Living of Northbrook for 15 years! The staff and the residents are all very caring and responsive people. The campus is always beautiful and the programs provided are very well selected. I thank God for this caring place!

Covenant Living in Axelson Manor is not up-to the standards that Paul Brandel had when he built this facility many years ago. The changeover of staff raises questions on salary, lack of expense on daily food offerings for residents is below standards, lack of trained senior activity specialists is lacking, same non-stimulating mental activities offered twenty years ago, medical care from facility doctors is questionable, as in reporting back to residents medical findings. If Paul were still with us he would be extremely disappointed in the care residents receive. Lack of communications with residents from staff is done by rumor through the facility, not direct contacts. We thought the facility was a five star home, but sadly it is not.
