I've been here for a year and a half and they helped me with my rent when I was behind and in many other ways. The staff is way cool and they're always ready to help me and my roommate when we need it. After being in other assisted living places this place is a Godsend. Brian M.

It was several years ago, but if it's still the same crew, they were awesome! They did a phenomenal job. I'd definitely hire them again!! Say hi to Juanita for me!

My grandfather was at the Cottage At Artesia Gardens for 10 months. I am so thankful to all of the staff for the care they provided him the last few months of his life. The staff cared for him as if he was their own and assisted him in living out his life with love and dignity. My family is forever grateful, thank you from the bottom of our hearts….. They don't treat the resident nice. This place needs new employees, employees who care! I only met 2 to 3 employees who were always nice to my parents.

After a grueling experience at a facility in Fullerton, we were fortunate enough to find The Cottage. From the beginning this facility was welcoming and full of energy. I toured many facilities and it was clear to me that this place was different. The staff is friendly and always busy but never too busy to help a resident or visitor. The administration has been flexible and compassionate regardless of the issues that have come up with my mom's move. The med techs are so attentive and approachable. They build relationships with the residents and differentiate their care according to their needs. In addition, they seem to go beyond the needs of the residents. They welcome families and visitors and make us feel like we are a part of one big family. This facility might not seem as fancy as other places at first sight but believe me, it's a treasure.
