Physical therapy and OT professionals from the subcontractor Omnicare are awesome but the person (Larry) who’s in charge in the Western office is unprofessional and rude. Thank you Patricia for your help but no patient needs to go through the hurdles and rudeness I’ve experienced every time I have dealt with Larry. When and if I need more home health in the future I will hesitate to hire Western unless that rude and unprofessional person in charge is no longer employed in this position. Thank you

Do not use this agency. After 3 heart procedures at UCLA, and In spite of request to do so, visiting Nurse did not check for lower leg swelling post surgery, nor for swollen ,hot,sore red foot. He said it would resolve itself. Very poorly trained nurse, very unprofessional, very incomplete check up. Fortunately later that day I spoke to UCLA OnClick service internist and through FaceTime she diagnosed foot infection and likely blood clot, which was accurate. I fired the nurse and agency. Also very sketchy automated follow up as to how the agency did. Almost like a scam.
