I'm not a happy camper!!! Someone at this facility stole $76 from my wallet, they left me with $5. Money counted last night in front of 2 witnesses. Facility is very old, including popcorn ceilings. Sheets & bedding smell like old grease stains.The caregivers are nice and helpful.They try to keep it clean but at some point "ya gotta tear it down & start over". Everything is old and my room had a 12 x 16 t.v. monitor, no local channels. Today for lunch (I had no choice) old, dried noodles, & beef (not ground beef) with spaghetti sauce on top of all. Watered down lemonade & milk, each in a 4 oz glass. Beans & lentils mixed. I think it was clean out refrigerators day & serve it to the patients. I'm sorry but a person should have basically rights. I would NOT recommend.

I want to share my honest experience about Healthcare of Orange. My father was there, and I lost him after a week. This place is honestly horrifying. The environment is filthy, the rooms are dirty, and the staff are neglectful. In the week he was there, new wounds formed on his body. He was left in unchanged diapers for hours. The staff—cleaners, managers, caregivers—were completely inattentive. It felt like they were just waiting for the insurance payout. If you love your patient, don’t send them here. I have never seen a place so poorly managed, so dirty, and so lacking in care. I truly pity anyone who ends up there. This is not just a bad review—it’s a warning.

I am appalled at the negative comments some of the families are posting about this Facility. I am very thankful that my 38 year old Son was sent here after a serious brain injury. Everyone is so very friendly and will go out of their way to please. My Son has progressed so well. He will be going home to Georgia really soon.

I am giving it 4 stars because of the staff. They have been very kind to my 38 year old son who is there. He was placed here until we could get him closer to home in Hemet. He is in a 3 bed room and the quarters are very tight. My son cannot speak because of a tracheotomy but the nurses are very patient with him. Actually, they said he one of there best patients and they don't want him to go.

My grandpa had the best care in this facility. The environment was friendly and safe for both patients and visitors. Due to the consistent rehab sessions he was able to regain his strength back and come back home in 2 weeks. Definitely recommend this facility in the future.
