I absolutely would recommend Cornerstone Caregiving! They are everything you would hope for in regards to hiring help and assistance for your loved one. From the very first call I placed to Tess to the assistance from the office folks in regards to general information. From the intake evaluation right through to meeting Kim, the young woman chosen to help my parents meet their needs, it was an amazing experience. When inviting Kim into my parents home, she immediately put them at ease and was an absolute joy. She has great ideas as to how to help meet the clients specific needs and is very engaging. She is an asset to your team at Cornerstone and we will be looking forward to hopefully working with her in the near future! Cornerstone Caregiving in Dover, NH is a wonderful team to work with. The office staff is incredibly supportive, responsive, and genuinely cares about both the clients and the families they serve, and the caregivers they employ. It’s clear that compassion, communication, and quality care are top priorities for this organization. Everyone in the office is professional, organized, and always willing to help when needed. Tess, Emily, and Lillian are simply amazing! They go above and beyoned. It’s refreshing to be part of a team that truly values kindness and works hard to make a meaningful difference for families in the community.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience with Cornerstone Caregiving in Dover. Tess responded immediately to my call and met us the next day. Care was arranged quickly, the team was available 24/7, and they (esp Alyssa) kept me informed every step of the way. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and proactive - regularly suggesting things that made a big difference in mom’s daily comfort and quality of life. They were even able to stay with my mom in the hospital when I couldn’t be there myself. Shelby especially went above and beyond – she quickly built a bond with my mom, was a crucial advocate for her, and partnered closely with other providers in Mom's home and at the hospital. She also made herself available to take shifts on short notice, and came up with thoughtful ways to make my mom smile and improve her day. Huge thanks to the CC team. Knowing Mom wasn’t alone and well cared for gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very difficult time.

Cornerstone Caregiving has been absolutely amazing from the very first phone call. They were able to answer the phone right away, come out to visit my husband, and start providing care almost immediately. By the very next day, we had caregivers in our home who were filled with so much passion, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly feel like an extension of our family. I truly can’t say enough about this organization. The office staff is just as incredible—every single person is kind, responsive, and supportive. The Operating Director and managers go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that our family feels supported every step of the way. We are beyond grateful for Cornerstone Caregiving and highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable care.
