The best decision I made was to meet with Shellie and hire Whole Hearted to come help me with my precious husband. At our first meeting, Shellie told me she had 2 wonderful caregivers in mind. Gail and Kitty weren't caregivers, they were angels sent from heaven. These 2 women, though different , came in with love, compassion, grace , and knowledge to help not only my husband , but also me. Gail came in first thing in the morning and helped us start our day. Her warm smile lit up the room and love for Ray was evident from the start. Kitty came at the end of the day to help us wind down and finish the day. Her quiet smile, quickly surveyed the room and her love in action allowed me to take a few minutes to just breathe. My only regret is that I did not call sooner. My sweet husband passed 10 days later. I am forever grateful for Gail and Kitty coming into our lives at a time of chaos and sadness . They were such a blessing. ♥️

I can’t say enough good things about Whole Hearted Home Care in Dover, New Hampshire. We spent a lot of time looking at different non-medical home care agencies in the area, and choosing Whole Hearted was easily one of the best decisions we’ve made for my father. From day one, the caregivers have been kind, consistent, and truly invested in my dad’s wellbeing. They don’t just “show up for a shift”—they actually connect with him. They help him with meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and keeping him company throughout the day, but what has meant the most is the level of patience and genuine compassion they show him, especially on the harder dementia days. Our family’s biggest concern was reliability, and Whole Hearted has exceeded every expectation. Their caregivers arrive on time, communicate clearly, and make sure my father is comfortable before they leave. The office team is just as impressive—responsive, organized, and always willing to adjust the schedule whenever things come up on our end. The peace of mind we’ve gotten from their care is honestly priceless. Knowing he’s safe, supported, and with someone who cares when we’re at work has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. Whole Hearted Senior Home Care in Dover, NH, took amazing care of my wife's grandfather. Their caregivers were so kind and reliable, treating him like family and making sure he was comfortable and well cared for every day. They helped with everything from daily tasks to just being there to talk with him, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.
