I had a hip replacement on my right hip and nurses and PT staff were good Brian was a very good instructor that really got me back on track with my health and conditioning.He is one of the best I seen as a physical trainer. Thank you Brian!

I recently had a very bad fall and was sent to Conway Lakes, Health and rehab rehabilitation. I received excellent care. In Therapy, I had to learn to walk again. I was treated so kindly. These therapist were amazing and they cared for me and I knew they liked me and wanted me to succeed in walking and in my total recovery. The facility was immaculate, well kept and spotlessly Clean. The management and staff took every day.iWith every patient seriously, and with kind and gentle. Care. I highly recommend Conway Lakes health and rehab rehabilitation.. Carol Human

This place needs to be INVESTIGATED & SHUT DOWN. Nurse Margaret is abusive to patients; moving them & touching them in ways to purposely hurt them, improperly administering their medication, ignoring their requests for help & care. Not to mention she is rude & disrespectful. Call lights are ignored for hours & patients & their wounds are neglected for weeks. Margaret even asked us to “ just sign intake paper work & she will fill it out later” which we told her no. She then did not let us use her pen, and another gentleman had to lend us a pen. Pitiful, disgusting attitude & behavior all around. We asked to make an appointment with the supposed patient care coordinator, from which we never heard back. This place is a disgrace to our elderly & they take advantage of those that cannot advocate for themselves. Margaret should have her license revoked as well as Dr.Ahmed, who is aware of and partakes in all of the negligence that happens at this facility.

My husband received excellent care at Conway Lakes. I appreciated the frequent communication from the staff regarding his treatment and well-being. A special thanks to Laura, the case manager, for all of her help in managing my husband‘s treatment and discharge planning.

My mom has been at Conway Lakes for over a year, due to her unique situation. The love and care she has received from RNs, CNAs, therapy staff, dieticians, and her Guardian Angel (Christine) have eased the stress of having a loved one in a facility. They have taken time to get to know my mom and genuinely care for her. We have recently transitioned her to hospice care in-house and the staff has been cooperative and accommodating as hospice has taken over. We have always treated the staff with respect and dignity and that is the way they have treated my mom as her health has declined and she has required more hands-on care. The reason why I won't give a 5-star review is because of my dealings with the business office. When my dad unexpectedly died and I took over everything regarding my mom, the person I primarily dealt with was rude, pushy, and completely void of any compassion; her only objective was getting money. Additionally, she regularly questioned the financial decisions I was making, tried to get me to give CL all of my mom's money instead of using a third-party pooled trust, and tried to get me to divulge information that was none of her business. Because I had an Elder Care lawyer on retainer, I eventually stopped answering calls and forwarded emails to the public benefits specialist at my lawyer's practice. Only then did the harassment stop. In email she has made disparaging comments to my legal representation such as "I'm emailing you since she won't do anything without the approval of counsel." Even now, this person has tried to get me to pay more money than actually owed in monthly rent. If it weren't for the people at the law practice being able to take over handing the bullying and harassment, my review would be fewer stars. Thankfully, I've been able to solely focus on the outstanding love and care my mom has received.
