About Excellence Senior Living<br>If you really care about your family members DO NOT TAKE THEM TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE.<br>Government and Police Department constant visitors at this place.<br>Employees HAVE NO QUALIFICATIONS, some no high school to do their job, including administration.<br>Medicine never on time. Food is terrible, not even my dog will eat. Some residents treated by employees with no respect or consideration.<br>They have residents not qualified to be in this place, they should be at Nursing Homes or Mental Institutions, sence they only care about money they take every one in. Some residents rooms dirty and not well taking care off. Even employees taking advantage of the residents.<br>The place is a TOTAL GETTO.<br>Back stage is another story.<br>Memory Care at this place HORRIBLE.<br>Again unqualified employees behavior directed to residents.<br>They had being reported multiple times to the state.<br>If you are looking for cheap, this is your place. You'll be paying for what you get.

🌟 Excellence Senior Living - Just Amazing<br>I went in just curious to see what all the fuss was about. But the moment I stepped through the doors of Excellence Senior Living, something shifted. It didn't feel like a facility. It felt like a place where life is still very much happening.<br>The building is stunning — modern, spotless, flooded with natural light. There's a little inner courtyard where residents sit, chat, enjoy the Florida warmth :D . Everyone I found in the way was just... content.<br>What got me was how full the place is. A library, arts and crafts room, movie theater, a 24-hour bistro — yes, 24 hours, because the coffee never stops. The dining room is genuinely beautiful, and the food matches it. The staff, though — that's the real thing. You can't fake the way they interact with the residents. Warm, present, unhurried. Like moving through a room full of family.<br>I left thinking about what it really means to age with dignity — not just being cared for, but being cared about.<br>Excellence Senior Living gets that difference. 100% what I want for me and my wife.

One of the few places where you can confidently entrust the care of your loved ones; there is trained staff on hand at all times, attentive to the needs of the seniors in the family. It is a fantastic team, all equally dedicated to giving their best for our beloved residents. Rest assured that you are leaving your most precious treasure in excellent hands.

This senior sent her is very basic if you were to go to the first floor memory care you would just leave your family there to die. The director of care Jasmine doesn’t know how to properly handle elderly residence who are at the end of their lifespan. She has left multiple residence in their bed wasting away without anyone checking on them for days no food no water. I feel so bad for all the patients in memory care due to this director of care not being a certified nurse or having a background in nursing she even claimed to be a nurse before state told her no longer to have that title next to her name. Excellent senior living is infested with roaches so big that it put house roaches to shame. They have roaches crawling all over patients in various rooms and they leave food out at night and during the date time for ants and other bugs to crawl, lay eggs in the client‘s ears. One time I was in the memory care unit of the first floor, and there was a elderly man who could not see and ended up peeing on the floor because no one was there to help him to the bathroom in time. There are also residents who had pneumonia, but the director of care decided not to send these a patient to the hospital to get treated for that pneumonia and that allow the staff to work around these clients without any facemask protection or any warning that they have walking pneumonia. Other staff members have gotten sick from pneumonia due to this. Many of the residents in the memory care unit on each floor, barely get checked on throughout the night. It would be lucky that some residents don’t pass away with a court tied around their neck due to the lack of care from the director of care neglectful actions. Hopefully, a new director of care will soon be appointed so that policies can change in the on professional gossip between the director of care and regular CNA staff can be rectified soon.
