Im so happy to leave a Review. I would give it a 10 star 🌟 rating if I could. My father was in a rehab and we were looking at places to go next. Yes picked here. Have been in alot of places from people at our Church being placed in some. I can tell you the past 20 years this is the cleanest, caring staff and place I've ever seen. If we would of went by some of past reviews. We would of not come. But I went myself and checked it out. Those reviews People left saying the food the staff. Shame on you. Maybe they really need glasses. Cause I differ from them bad reviews 💯 percent Thank God everyday that he's there. Love out to all the staff. Hugs and kisses 💋 😘 🤗 💋 Love his Daughter Kimberly ❤️ 💕 💖

On the first 2 days the oddor of pee and poop was unbearable. No supplies: diapers were unavailable for large patients, we asked for gelatin we were told they did not have. We asked for italian ice just like the hospital ls provide fir patients who had radiotherapy we were told that was "too fancy" for a nursing home" humm.. nursing home that charges $6k monthly... very odd, right?

If i could id give negative stars. Please dont put your loved ome here. Incompetent nurses with terrible rude attitudes. CNAs. are uneducared. Questions are answered with either blank stares or feable excuses and phrases like we wont tolerate your grievance.... excuses withot any solutioms. Very unpleasant experience.

For a few caregivers is more important being in the back of the building smoking than taking care of their residents. If you call them, TRUY and other cna's get an attitude. Also, under the sinks there are roaches. There is mold in the ceiling. The only refrigerator for the staff leaks water and the ice maker never works. This place is understaffed. Patients don't get their showers. There is a new DON and administrator.

My mom moved in to Concordia Manor for about four months now. It's a very small community and they only take 50 patients. The staff are very caring and they know every individual patient by name. They know their likes and dislikes. They actually do have social time with the residents. They announce it over at speaker as well as going to each individual room to make sure they are aware of what's going on and they actually encourage them to come out and join. They do things that elderly people enjoy. They go over and above with everything.
