I enjoy the time spent at Lexington the therapy team were great, I enjoyed the time spent with the nursing team they were great. The food was mostly good. The room I was in was very clean. I was treated like family very concerning about my recovery.

this is my second time at lexington health and rehab. everyone is helpful and great support system. Therapy is very good in helping me get back on my feet. ive made great new friends including my roommate.y stay was very comfortable and i felt welcomed.i realy felt the cars with the nursing team i cant say enough about this facility. i would recommond Lexington to any look quick rehab services

I have been a recent patient at Lexington and can tell you that my care & rehabilitation has been excellent. Their nursing staff & CNA's provide daily rehabilitation services & bedside visits that are exceptional. The physical therapy staff is intense & has helped me get back on my feet. My room was beautiful & kept clean. The meals are delicious & nutritious. I would recommend this facility to anyone, young or old to get back on their feet & start living their life again.

I've been in Lexington for some years now. I have so many favorite staff members including Esmeralda, Nurse Blue,Amber my CNA. Activities always has fun things to do like outings and big birthday celebration 🎂. I am treated as family. Everyone keeps a very close eye me. Housekeeping are very friendly and keep my room very close. I recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one in need of health care services 😊

First time visiting Lexington. So far it's been wonderful.Esmeralda with the concierge program definitely gets the job done. The CNA is a hard worker and very polite. Therapy is so much fun it feels like a playground. They make me feel like I'm home. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone need Therapy!
