Love living in Village Green.<br>It’s paradise at an excellent price!!

Be careful when buying here! Many if not most electrical pedestals are out of code. Residents are responsible for the cost and inconvenience of obtaining an electrician and replacing underground lines which is extremely expensive. Furthermore, licensed electricians are not allowed to touch the pedestals since they have been out of compliance for many years. Even though you pay lot rent you the homeowner are responsible for anything from the pedestal to the house! A $4,000 bill is tough to handle these days! There have been 3 house fires within a year or so in here. One lot after a fire it was demolished and a new one brought in. Fast forward same lot, different home, another fire! Both times the fire burned the same neighbors side of their home! Do your due diligence!
