My aunt and uncle received outstanding care during their month long rehabilitation stay. The admissions director, social worker, doctor, nurses, aides and therapists were all amazing. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away from a pre-existing condition. However, both were treated with extraordinary kindness, respect and professionalism. His wife is truly grateful for the care they received.

I had a family member at this facility. The staff was wonderful, very attentive. The place was well kept and clean, director of nursing was great, and the admission director was amazing, always available when we had questions, and or concerns.

One of my primary concerns is that the elevator seems to work one day and not the next. This is extremely inconvenient, especially in a care facility where many residents and visitors depend on it daily. Another concern is the overall cleanliness of the facility. It does not appear to be cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis, and if it is, the cleaning products being used do not leave the environment smelling fresh or sanitary. A nursing care center should feel clean, comfortable, and well-maintained at all times. While many of the nurses and assistants are kind, friendly, and compassionate, there also seems to be a significant lack of experience and competence among several staff members. At one point, one of the assistants was asking me how to perform a medical procedure, even though I have very limited medical knowledge myself. Situations like this are concerning and do not inspire confidence in the quality of care being provided. There is also a very serious issue regarding my 79-year-old grandmother, who is currently in hospice care. She is unable to have a bowel movement (#2) without medical assistance. The staff repeatedly insist on using suppositories and oral liquid medications, despite the fact that these methods do not work for her. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, they wait until she develops severe and unbearable stomach cramps that can last for days before finally agreeing to administer an enema. By that point, she has already suffered unnecessarily for an extended period of time. Watching a loved one endure avoidable pain and discomfort because appropriate action is delayed is extremely frustrating and heartbreaking for our family. We believe her comfort, dignity, and quality of life should be treated as a priority, especially while in hospice care. 05/11/26

I was there to visit someone. The place looks clean, and well-managed. The staff was professional, and helpful. They were very respectful when dealing with the patient. My only concern was the elevator on the left. I pressed 3 (the floor I was going to) but it took quite a bit of time and did not stop on 3; nerve-wracking. I went back to the lobby, and took the other elevator.

My mother is there for rehab and so far everyone has been excellent. They treat her like a human being, not a piece of meat. My mom is elderly, is a fall risk and has memory problems and they make sure she's not alone when we aren't able to be there with her. I don't worry like I did when she was in the rehab facility we took her out of. I'm grateful to all the nurses and aides who work hard to make my mom's stay there easier on her and pleasant.
