Had a pleasant experience here today visiting a great friend. We had a nice day! Clean facility! Please give the patients better food to eat…didn’t look too appealing…these folks deserve nice food! Let them eat steak ! Aside from this a very positive experience!

I recently had the opportunity to tour this facility with Sasha, and I left extremely impressed. From the moment I arrived, Sasha was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping residents and their families navigate what can be a very difficult process. What stood out to me was that she doesn’t just focus on admissions. During the tour, it became clear that she is also a strong advocate for the residents and patients she works with. That level of personal involvement and compassion is something you don’t often hear about when people talk about nursing and rehabilitation facilities. I had the pleasure of meeting several staff members, including RJ, Vilma, Isabelle, Claribel, as well as nurses and CNAs throughout the building. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and seemed to truly care about the people they serve. You can tell the staff are dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoy their work. The facility itself was exceptionally clean and well organized. One thing that really surprised me was that there were no unpleasant odors anywhere during my tour. Every area I visited was clean, orderly, and welcoming. Overall, the entire operation felt like a well-oiled machine. The teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident throughout the building. Based on what I saw, I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone seeking short-term rehabilitation or long-term care for a loved one. The staff clearly know what they’re doing, and the residents are in caring and capable hands.

Friend of mine was a patient there for about 2 months. Karen Perez SW at facility took my concerns and addressed them with excellent care. Her willingness to listen and concern gave me comfort knowing my friend’s stay was adequate. Ms Perez was a pleasure to meet and us an asset to this facility. She takes the patients concern seriously and takes care of them with professional care. Thank you Karen for all your help. Wishing you nothing but the best

Office staff very courteous, very professional and helpful. The nursing staff and AIDS were a bit lacking as my brother is now on the third day of waiting to be assisted in the shower. Every time he asks they say in just a little bit, they could do better.
