The entire team at Complete Care at Harston Hall has our heartfelt gratitude for their love and generosity. From our very first inquiry about respite care for my Aunt Charmaine, Tammy Mauz and the staff were incredibly helpful. My aunt speaks so highly of everyone there. If you are looking for a nursing home that truly cares, this is the place to go—10/10. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure their residents are well taken care of. Thank you all once again!

Today, I visited my church member and went down stairs to socialize with some of the other residents and a couple staff members had brought about 10 residents outside to sit under the awning to socialize. We were able to enjoy the sun, watch the neighborly deer that comes by to enjoy the vegetation, listen to music. When I was leaving we are were able to join together for group prayer. I want to thank those staff members who diligently go out of their way to make sure the residents have an opportunity to gather, socialize, play games and on this day enjoy creation. It not what you have but what you make it. Thanks to the staff we were able to make the most of our visit. Thank you for all you do. Thank you for honoring their humanity and need for nature and nuture. I know its not easy but it greatly needed and appreciated. May God Bless You Rev. K.Rush

Complete Care at Harston Hall was like a family to my husband and me when he had an accident and badly injured himself in a fall at home last Christmas. The kindness of the staff there was wonderful: John and Tammy who are the managers couldn’t do enough for us during the three and a half months my husband was there. Kriss Griffith, the Social Worker, was amazing, and Kelly the head of Physical Therapy did everything she could to get my husband back on his feet again. The Nursing staff and nursing aides were so kind, and the maintenance crew did their best to keep everything running through a very tough winter. Yes, the building is a bit old, but if I had to choose between a kind, caring staff or a perfect modern facility, I would choose the caring and kind staff who tried everything they could to help my husband regain his strength again, and made us feel we were part of a family.

Friendly place, rehab activities engaged my elderly mother. Outreach is commendable if you are considering HH. I highly recommend HH. Be sure to get emails and ensure your paperwork and documentation is completed. Great place! My mother appreciated her time spent there an definitely improved her stamina and overall health.

Don’t let first impression of dated decor turn you off The place is clean and if there is an odor from patients it is fixed quickly. The staff is great. My floor nurses Tony, Steph, Lovee among others were great. Other staff I don’t recall names. Aides Maria are great. PT staff Kelly, Mike, Jessica and Beth were really good. Kitchen staff were helpful. Food is hospital type fare Some says better than others. If a resident try to dine in the bistro room. Better to have company and food is fresher than awaiting delivery to room. Breakfast of scrambled eggs gets old. Been here five weeks. Going home soon.
