This was my first visit to Berkshire and from my meetings with the administration folks and all the other nurses and care employees that I met, it was a very positive experience. I believe my brother is in good hands completing his recovery.

I am very happy with the help that I got with my mother. They are so understaffed for what People pay to get care they can certainly afford to hire more people and pay them well!<br>My mom declined since she has been here because she can’t stand up anymore.<br>She goes from the wheelchair to the toilet, but the Caregivers can’t do it alone.<br>My mother will be coming home on Thursday now I am stuck having to try to master this alone.<br>I am happy with most of the staff.<br>There is 1 night shift woman who called my mom a cry baby and told her to stop crying!<br>You need more people!<br>They need transportation people !<br>OK Same story stock market or you guys making more freaking money on people? It is about getting them well and getting them home<br>It’s ridiculous. Everything is a monopoly these days.
