Working at 365 Health Services as a Home Health Aide has been a very positive experience. The company focuses on quality patient care and provides strong support to its staff. The office team is also amazing—very helpful, respectful, and always available when you need assistance. Overall, it’s a great place to gain experience and build skills in the healthcare field, and I would recommend it.

Love this place ! Ms Garrett really made life easy for me. She literally can do everything it might even be her business idk but she showed my family so much kindness and love while we are struggling and she made 365 feel like home

I had to put 1 star to start the review Also last I checked this place is not BBB ACCREDITED I called C.Anderson ,Lee ,Ven (supervisors and manager)concerning a aide by the name of Cianie.The told me nothing they can do to remove her from my home.She can up to me in a violent manner,took money that was not hers and rearranged my furniture in my living room. When ask why she did that she said to me to moved it back. This company wants clients so bad that they are taking anyone.The manager the supervisor the director do not care about your home or how their employees come across I would not use this company if you do not want to be threatened in your own home and still get paid .It is all about the profit .I am in the process of emailing and callings cooperate.(Josh Miller the owner) And any one else I can to complain about the Aide , and how I am being treated .

From my very first conversation, it was clear that everyone is incredibly helpful, kind, and passionate about what they do. Every interaction I’ve had has been a pleasure, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. A special shoutout to Dom, my service manager—one conversation with him is enough to understand why he’s mentioned in so many other glowing reviews. His professionalism, compassion, and dedication shine through in every interaction. Good, caring people still exist, and Dom is a perfect example of that.
