I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Wyomissing Rehab. From the very beginning, everything felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely caring. The admission process can often be overwhelming, but Kristine made it incredibly smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer every question, guide us through each step, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident in the transition.

What truly stands out is the level of care and compassion shown by the entire team. A special thank you to Denise, the Director of Nursing, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the quality of care provided. It’s reassuring to know that someone so dedicated and attentive is overseeing patient care — it truly makes a difference.

The staff consistently go above and beyond, treating patients with dignity, respect, and kindness. You can tell they genuinely care, and that kind of environment brings so much comfort to families during what can be a difficult time.

I am incredibly grateful for the support, professionalism, and compassion shown by everyone at Wyomissing Rehab. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.

This place is not recommended for therapy. No communication between staff and patient or family of patient. Calls are not returned unless you get upper mgmt involved. Call bell for patient never gets answered. You definitely need an advocate if staying here. Feel sorry for those who do not have anyone to speak up for them or visit them.

Wyomissing Health and Rehab is an excellent care community and it's always a pleasure to visit. The staff at reception are warm and welcoming. The DON Denise is such a friendly presence and interacting with her always leaves me feeling energized. I can tell the residents feel cared for and respected. I was honored to be able to participate in a recent Veteran's Day pinning ceremony where all of the MANY Veteran residents were gathered and celebrated for their sacrifice. If you're considering Wyo you can be confident that you and your loved ones will be in good hands.

If you or someone you know needs a nursing home look into Wyomissing. You can tour the facility, meet the staff, Elisa works in activities and can provide a copy for review. They also do a lot for the veteran community and accept VA insurance too!
