In April 2026, my family reached out to SeniorLife for my Mom. We were hoping to be able to bring my Mom back home after being hospitalized for another episode of Alzheimer's. With very short notice (less than 2 days) and openness of costs, SeniorLife coordinated Home Health Care for my Mom. Chrissy (our coordinator), not only scheduled staff to visit my parent's house, she also contacted other local agencies as needed to streamline my Mom's care before she passed. SeniorLife was always available via phone/text and were very respectful of my parents' requests and concerns. My wife and I are both nurses and, as nurses, the professionalism was outstanding. We (and my Dad), never felt alone or abandoned by SeniorLife. They strongly advocated for and supported my parents at Reading Hospital when I wasn't present. Chrissy clearly explained everything (costs, expectations, limits of care, etc.) to us and utilized different tools (paper, digital, etc.) to make sure all documentation was complete so there wouldn't be any financial or legal "surprises". As nurses, we wholeheartedly (and without hesitation) recommend SeniorLife as an amazing resource to coordinate an elderly loved one's care.
