Was a client there for around 8 months. After 2 months was discharged from their therapists and told I would be fine taking care of my self. Told the rehab I wanted to leave and they refused saying the therapists lied. The reason was really because of money. That’s the only thing that place cares about. Fast forward to April 20 26 when they threw me out because of finally giving up on getting my back payment from ssid. Their own words a month before was they won’t release me because I’m unable to take care of myself . Uhm if I’m unable to take care of myself why am I being kicked out. Fast forward until June 3 26 for the 2nd month I didn’t get my monthly ssid deposit so I call them and they lied and said they didn’t get them. I call ssa and was told they definitely got my money and was even told the bank it was deposited to. So I call the rehab back and once again they lied. I told them what ssa said including there bank and the story changed. It’s now they did get the deposits but they returned them another flat out lie confirmed by ssa. So I have an interview coming up to finally get my money back. If anyone ever needs a nursing home look elsewhere. They care nothing about their clients. They only sees them as $ signs. They milk their clients dry. I was there for 8 months and can’t think of 1 positive thing about that place

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would! My 83 year old uncle had a full hip replacement in March and after his hip replacement he was sent what we thought was supposed to be to be a rehab facility boy were we wrong. The first day he went he said that whole place smells of urine and was unsanitary. He was there for around 10 days and he was not given any physical therapy instead he was let like a prisoner, he was stuck in his room all day, and since he had staples in his hip he was not able to get out of bed on his own he need the assistance of the staff there and it was alway a hassle to get them to help him. Yes he does wear adult diapers for in case he can’t make it to the bathroom in time. But the staff would allow him to sit in his adult diaper filled with feces routine and when asked if or when he would be changed the nurses would say we are getting to him we are making our rounds. On the day he went to go has his staples removed from his hip the doctor was so disgusted by what he found in his hip I’m surprised that he did not report this place for the neglect or elder abuse. While removing his staples they found dried up urine and fecal matter in his staples. The doctor said he is very lucky he did not get an infection and if he did the infection could have potentially killed him. The doctor also said that he do not have any orders in that could not receive rehab since the what he was there for and they kept telling him and my aunt that they had no orders from the doctor for him to start rehab. The doctor wrote an in detail note back to the rehab stating that the needed to be bathing him regularly and changing him more regularly. This request was clearly ignored by the staff. After that incident I wrote a review similar to this one. Days after I wrote that remove my aunt and my parents received a call from an employee their named Greg who was requesting I take my review down because it affect their rating and that if I had an issue to personally contact him and he would fix the issue. Evidently that did not happen because this past Monday 4/20/26 my aunt was on the phone with my uncle when she heard his nurse at the time arguing with him because he was requesting help to get out bed to use the bathroom. My uncle was obviously upset because he wants to use the bathroom and not soil himself in his bed and she told him if he kept it up she was going to have to right a report about his behavior. My aunt was able to eventually calm him down but it just was not right. At this point we had already decided to move him to a new rehab center but not before one more thing would happen. Yesterday 4/21/26 my aunt and another family member went to go visit him and when they got there his adult diaper was soaked their with urine along with his sheets, and his sheets had dried up fecal matter on them. His light had been blinking the whole time and when they asked the nurse if anyone was coming they said they were making there rounds. They were not they were standing in the hallway gossiping. They left and he had still not been changed and neither had his sheets. If they would get him out of bed they would put him in a wheelchair and just park him in the hallway. Thankfully we got him out of this awful place. The workers he are clearly very lazy and do not care about about their patients. As for Greg I think he is very shady and trying to cover something up about this rehab. My family and I have a right to voice our opinion and for him to call multiple family members asking the review to be taken down is extremely unprofessional. My family and I will be speaking to a lawyer and I will be contacting the department of health and the department of aging to report elder abuse and neglect. Because this place should be shut down! Greg I will not be removing this review so do not contact my family again or I will file a police report for harassment. So please don’t make the same mistake we did and send your loved one there because they will not be properly cared for.

Can't rave enough about the staff here. My dad for years has said he'd rather die than go to a nursing home. Today he sat in on a meeting with the director of social work, his physical therapist and us kids with a smile on his face agreeing this is the best place for him to live. Almost every time we go visit him a staff member is in his room just talking to him like an old friend, or a staff member stops us in the halls to talk to us about his progress. This isn't a place where you feel like they are just collecting a check and doing the bare minimum for the residents. It may not be the most high end establishment but the staff are absolutely top notch. Wouldn't want my dad anywhere else
