The caregiver that assisted my father when he needed help is a longtime employee with compassion home care. Like many other people, my father and I had concerns about someone living with him at home. But home is where we all want to stay! That concern changed so quickly when the caregiver soon felt like part of our own family. The caregivers at compassion home care sincerely do care about the people they are helping. I believe that feeling of being part of the family actually goes both ways. Our loved ones become their loved ones too. What a relief to have confidence that our father is safe and comfortable at home when we cannot be there ourselves. We use Compassion Home Care of Illinois to help take care of our mother who suffers from dementia. We have two caregivers from Compassion Home Care of IL that are vital to our mom's care. Most importantly, they are both extremely kind to our mom and because of that, she looks forward to seeing them. They assist her with her personal needs, heat up meals for her, encourage her to get up and walk around the house with their assistance so she doesn't sit for too long and finally, they get her ready for bed and put her to bed for the night. We feel very fortunate to have such caring and highly qualified caregivers. When we initially reached out to Compassion Home Care, Matthew, the owner, called me back the same day I called them. He gave me Laura's name who would work with my sisters and me to come up with the best caregivers for my mom's needs. Laura is extremely professional and her main goal was to learn what we were looking for and supply the best people. She has great insight from her experience in home health care over the years. We are very pleased with the women she decided were the best for our mom. It is very comforting knowing that your loved ones are taken care of when you aren't with them. We highly recommend Compassion Home Care of Illinois.

I am a licensed social worker. I found Compassion Care by way of a recommendation from a friend. I have added this agency to my work's caregiver agency list! I have also recommended Compassion Care to some of the patients who are in need of a home health caregiver. We have been blessed to find this agency after having bad experiences with 4 other caregiver agencies. Compassion Care has been providing Top Notch (5 star) review services for us for a year now! I highly recommend their services and their staff for reliability, ensuring our loved one's well-being, and always showing the utmost Compassion.

Compassion Care came into my family lives unexpectedly the summer of 2023. My mom became ill and as her only child I had no help. A family member recommended Compassion Care. I can honestly say this agency has been godsend. Laura contacted me right after I reached out. She was very thorough and asked a series of questions. This was to fit the right person for my family. Laura found Joy who has become a part of the family. Joy is very punctual, dependable and extremely helpful. Joy takes excellent care of my mom. I will recommend Compassion Care to any family looking for great care for their love one.
