Community Partners Home Care is helping me a lot.. Ms Chancy Martin (Agency Director ) is very pleasant..we have not done much interacting with each other BUT that does not mean i can’t if i had to..If she’s busy , leave her a message and guess what, she will actually return your call..The person that has been working with me is Ms Chancy’s office manager, Temesha Boozier(another lady on point).She’s VERY accommodating in every way…I haven’t had any serious issues and don’t expect any BUT if i did ,the person to call is Temesha Boozier..I believe she will put on her “superwoman “ cape and do her best to take care of u..Keep this lady..Try this agency, i think u would like it..My aide is Shanda Tucker, a very nice lady , will do what u ask her, and she’s very personable and so very helpful..She says often “if there’s anything i can do just let me know”. I do believe if u are kind to people more than likely they will be kind to u.These people are a team and i’m appreciative.

My brother and I connected with Chancy Martin, the owner of Community Partners Home Care Agency, in December 2022. We had been searching for caregivers for our elderly mother and aunt for a couple of months and, after many interviews with different caregivers, we were fortunate to have landed on this organization. Chancy is very professional: she has a warm disposition, she’s punctual, and she follows up at the appointed time that she’s provided. Per our mother: Community Partners Home Care Agency is a highly professional organization represented by employees who are equally sensitive to the needs of their patients. I have yet to meet a representative of the organization whom I have not found to be personable. A particular distinction among these employees is attention to timeliness. Whether providing home care assistance or transportation, they always arrive on time. Finally, I would say that the owner, Chancy Martin, makes herself available and is highly responsive to the needs of her clients and resolving any issues as these arise. I highly recommend this organization.
