I am writing to say what a God-send your providers have been for our father. Their compassion and empathy are rare. I know Leslie Diaz better than Theresa Abambilla. I live in Mikwaukee, Wisconsin, so it turns out I see Leslie more. Leslie is a 14 on a scale of 1 to 10 and Theresa is an 11. She’d probably match Leslie if I saw here more. I am grateful beyond words to express for their help with dad, not only for how well he has adapted to them but also the relief they provide to my sister and brother. It also gives me some peace of mind living away from them that they have invaluable, compassionate helpers. I hope you have more providers like them, but they have set an awfully high bar to clear! I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Comfort Keepers. Comfort keepers has been a Godsend to our Dad. Sendy and Eva have been so gracious in helping my father get the care he needs. I appreciate their quick response to text messages and calls. The caregivers, especially Leslie who has been with my father on his first day has been extremely kind, compassionate and willing to do whatever she needs. When Dad is in their care, I can relax and know that he’s well cared for.

We started with comfort keepers a few months ago after switching my loved one’s (fiancé) care from another home health care service provider because of inconsistency, unreliable care givers, and poor quality of the assigned caregivers. Unfortunately, Comfort Keepers is no different. Our experience with this care provider Has not been positive. Caregivers would consistently call off at the last minute, or simply not show up. After another caregiver failed to show up for her shift on Tuesday, August 19th, I informed Eva that we would be moving on, and they were, essentially, “fired” After speaking with Sendy and Eva on Tuesday, I was informed I would be getting a phone call from Keith on Wednesday, who processes the billing and payroll for the company. No call. I simply need to know if we’ve been billed for hours that we haven’t used with the company. This morning, I inquired AGAIN about billing, and asked to see an accounting/billing history. Eva responded to me stating She would get me the information on Monday. I suggested this was unacceptable, and asked where I could find this information. Sendy sent this message in our group text thread. “Just call Keith. she’s too rude. She’s not even the POA” (daughter is the POA). After this treatment, I absolutely would not recommend this company.

I have been extremely happy with the care that I have received from Comfort Keepers. The care givers are very professional, caring and compassionate. Comfort Keepers has also been very accommodating when I needed extra help and always available to answer any questions. So happy that I chose to go with Comfort Keepers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for at home care.

Comfort Keepers has provided excellent care for my mother for over a year. Eva and Mary were compassionate care-givers helping my mom with household tasks; driving her places when she could no longer drive; and over-all excellent care. Sendy kept me up-to-date on issues as they arose and helped find effective solutions. I am so very grateful to the entire team!
