I assure everyone that Boardwalk Retirement Community is a quiet and peaceful community, the presence of police, fire or EMT is unfortunately common due this Community being retirement. I encourage anyone considering Boardwalk to stop in the clubhouse between 9:00 am and 10:30 am and ask our residents first hand.

I was looking for a retirement community for my mom. I was driving thru Boardwalk Estates on a couple of occasions and each time I have noticed police officers at the same address on Kentucky Ave. If this is for residents over 55 why is there some much drama I would not consider putting my mom in such a place. I worry about her enough as it is I don't want to have worry about putting her in a place where cops are spending a lot of time at. I had heard such good things but after what I have experienced the few times I was there I would not recommend even putting my dog there!
