Do not trust this organization with your family members. Over the course of my dealings with them (2022–2024), I found the staff from administration down to be consistently unhelpful, evasive, and dismissive, both in person and over the phone. That alone would be enough to steer anyone away, but my concerns do not end there.<br><br>Their parent company was formerly known as Integral Senior Living before transitioning to Priority Life Care. Based on my experience, that change appears to have been used strategically to avoid honoring outstanding financial obligations. Despite involvement from staff at Brentwood of Elkhart Assisted Living, Integral Senior Living, and Priority Life Care, multiple individuals who contribute in many ways to the care of their residents have reportedly gone unpaid. What makes this difficult to reconcile is that the same financial relief is not extended to those who rely on them. Rates have continued to increase on schedule. Apparently the financial calendar only runs in one direction.<br><br>After many years, I have accepted that this organization does not honor its commitments. What I will continue to do, however, is make sure others are informed before making a decision they may regret. If you are considering this facility, please take this seriously.
