We began looking for Caregivers a couple weeks ago for my Grandmother and after having detailed information given to me from the office staff, we quickly chose Comfort Care. Our first admission visit with Carla was absolutely amazing as she not only met our expectations, but she exceeded them and even prayed with our family! ❤️ Belinda, Yasmin, & Jessica have been absolutely wonderful to my 98 year old Grandmother helping her with her specific needs and just being a friend to her. Anytime we've needed to change or re arrange schedules, or even just call to ask questions, they have willingly and patiently answered the calls in a quick and timely manner and worked with us. Comfort Keepers truly cares not only about the patients, but the patients family as well. Their hearts are 100% fully into it and we couldn't ask for better services

My amazing caregiver Marian, has been with me three years. I’ve been blessed to be able to have the same wonderful person by my side. She has a wonderful personality that meets with mine. She is very attentive to my needs, not only in the home ,but when we are out. She gives me the opportunity to keep my independence. When we go to the grocery store together. She cares enough to know that I want to go down each aisle. I want to be able to pick the items that I still want and she gives me that opportunity. By helping with my walker. She walks alongside me with the cart, helping me put my groceries. She never seems impatient with me. She knows my schedule. She knows my favorite places, even going to the beauty shop , without me having to tell her on what days. She keeps me on task. Comfort keeper helped me find her by knowing the plan of care and my personality that would make this a perfect match. I think of her not only as a caregiver, but as a friend. I introduce her as my friend and caregiver. The people around her in my life, thank her for being here for me.

My sister found Comfort Keepers about 18 months ago after my mom had major surgery. We needed someone to be with her around the clock for a couple of months and they sent wonderful caregivers to be with my mom. We still use them today due to mom's age and mobility. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mom has someone with her to keep her company, take her to appointments (when I can't) and assist her with basic household chores. The Comfort Keepers staff has been very helpful and accommodating when plans change, even at the last minute. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers if you need a caregiver for your loved ones!

Our family started using Comfort Keepers in Longview for our mom about 1 1/2 years ago after a major surgery. The caregivers give us peace of mind knowing she has someone not just taking care of her but also providing much needed companionship.

We have used Comfort Keepers in Longview for a little over a year to help my mom after a surgery and just for daily needs. Carla in the office is very personable and receptive to our calls and questions. We have had a variety of care givers work with my mom, and all have been wonderful. Cynthia, Beverly, and Marion have been wonderful. I highly recommend this company if you need someone to care for a family member after surgery or any other need.
