Columbia Cottage in Hartselle is a gem. My Dad has been there about 45 days. They were very welcoming to my Dad, it is a VERY clean facility, good food too. Everyone that I have met on staff at Columbia Cottages has been nice. We couldn't ask for a better facility. They do upkeep on the exterior and the interior. They give them a help button that they wear around their neck.<br><br>This is not a secure location, the guests can come and go as they please.
