Been working for Cornerstone almost three months, I was referred by someone that spoke very highly of them. Best recommendation I've ever had, and after meeting the staff, I was very impressed. You can know each member of the staff is very passionate about their jobs, and taking care of their employees. If you want to work somewhere, that you told on a regular basis how much your appreciated, this definitely is the place to work. So come to a place where you get the training, and respect you deserve, and where your treated like family.

So as an in home caregiver, I have, I've been doing this for quite some time now. I have worked for a few companies. And during my time at these companies I have had Some trouble. Not only with me, but with some of the patients and a lot of the problems are the same, it's mostly about communication. Key advantage was one of the worst. I will say though, since working for cornerstone I have noticed a huge difference when comparing to other companies. They are very kind and understanding and so far they communicate well. They are very polite and anytime I call or text them. They always respond, not like in the past with other companies. When working for key advantage, it was literally an application and almost just a hire. I applied for the job. They called me talked to me for like five minutes and I was hired, and then they made a big mistake which caused me to have to do the whole process. All over again, two months later, meaning I wasn't actually hired the first time. The second time it wasn't any better. It was much more frustrating, but basically the same thing happened. I applied, and they just hired me. They didn't give me hands-on training. They didn't give me any tips or pointers, they just basically wanted me to be a body for them. Hearing all the horrible stories from the patients that I had, I was yet to realize how horrible of a company they actually are. But working for cornerstone I have not yet had an issue with them, and it is such a relief, knowing that I am working for a good company. I am very thankful for the things above that I listed. You don't always have good experiences, and we don't always end up with charismatic coworkers and managers. But I am thankful knowing that I did working for cornerstone.Even in such a short time. It definitely makes a difference when working for a company that you don't believe cares about your patients or the employees versus working for a company that does the exact opposite.

I’m a new hire but so far I have had a wonderful experience. The girls in the office are so sweet and kind. Which makes working for cornerstone wonderful. I’m so happy I found cornerstone caregiving. They were quick at getting me clients which is a major plus. Caregiving is something I enjoy doing and couldn’t have found a better company.

Working for Cornerstone has truly been a blessing. The ladies in the office are amazing—they are always there to support both the caregivers and the families we serve. In my 12 years of being a caregiver, this has been the best company I’ve ever worked for. The family I care for has become like my own, and they are such a blessing in my life. I’m so thankful to be apart of something so meaningful.
