Leaving 1 star because I can't leave 0 stars. Actively sitting here with a patient. Utilized patients call light to inform staff she needed to use the restroom. CNA told me that they are feeding people and that she'll have to wait. It's been 16 minutes and no one has returned. Forcing someone who is COMPLETELY CONTINENT who only needs physical assistance during transferring to toilet to use the restroom on themselves is absurd and abusive. Perhaps leave a gait belt in the patient's room so that someone more caring and competent than staff can assist their loved ones. This is unprofessional and complete insanity. Anyone who does this to an elder patient should not work with the vulnerable population Editing to add that patient was forced to wait for 20 minutes before assistance was given to the restroom.

Woodland Village provided excellent care to my mom over the past 9 months prior to her passing. The staff always went above and beyond to make sure her every need was met. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did!

After being in rehab for thirteen weeks following hip surgery, I received outstanding care that my family and friends couldn't provide. I wasn't able to thank the staff and the therapist enough for their wisdom, help, kindness, and manners.

gramma was at this nursing home and they did not make her get up and exercise and do the rehab that she needed to do while she was in there and now that she is home, she is way worse than she was when she got home. She had the same diaper on that we put on her when we was up there. She had poop all over her. That was stuck to her. She said that they never cleaned her very disappointed in the nurses there. I don’t know what they do but Not their job. i don’t recommend
