All staff are wonderful very nice is jhon the nurse always helpful a very good responsible nurse wondy is also a real great nurse always coming in to see if we need something everybody in the staff even physical therapy Raymond, Lori are great at there job . Maria Ramos

This is the WORST facility !!! If you go or send your loved ones , dont expect to GET any care what so ever!!! They do not attend to you , the people that work there are in the halls on their phones and when you ask for help or the nurse, the response will be This is NOT my area , let me me call someone, that SOMEONE never comes! No one wears name tags, we dealt with Morgan (male) acted like he cared, HE DID NOT!. Neither did anyone of the CNAs ( if that was what they were) or nurses or Doctors, Horrible, HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!! Physical therapy IS WORTHLESS!!!They dont bathe the patient, dont care if they eat, Simply Bad all the way through, stay Away

Brought husband here from hospital. Most staff was sitting around on the monitors and cell phones. After asking about rehab and skilled nursing, was told many residents were there because families had placed them if they had no where else to go. They said patient to nurse ratio was 20 to 1! He was placed next to sliding glass door and not given a blanket, so he froze all night long. Asked for wipes, they don’t have them. He wasn’t given oxygen he needed. Was there 14 hours, next morning we called an ambulance and he ended up in ICU (low oxygen and blood pressure). If you love your family members, stay far away.

My experience was mostly positive. Most staff were friendly and attentive, I was treated well. My room was clean and was cleaned often. There were a few issues with communication but they were resolved. Overall a good experience considering my need to be there.

I was there after broken hip surgery. Everyone was so nice and caring. They really took care of me. The staff young nurses to the Latin working ladies made my stay very comfortable when I really needed patience and care. God bless them. I was actually at the rehab building not the nursing home.
