About Clover Rest Home

Families consistently praise the attentiveness and warmth of the clinical and support staff. Multiple reviewers noted that nurses, therapists, aides, and housekeeping personnel treated residents by name and responded quickly to needs. Rehabilitation outcomes stand out in accounts, one resident progressed from wheelchair-bound to walking with a rollator over eight weeks, and another made strong gains during physical therapy. One family wrote that "when I left it was like leaving family." The facility maintains high cleanliness standards and offers organized activities. Administrative staff are reported as responsive to family questions and concerns.

One review flagged operational gaps: food occasionally arriving cold, inconsistent water service, and delays in bathroom assistance, concerns attributed partly to staffing levels. These concerns appear isolated among the feedback received.

My mom was a guest at Clover recently. All of the employees were very nice. But my issues were food that was frequently cold, water cups were not changed out, slow getting her to the bathroom and limited help with her PT. You need way more staff then you have.

Recently my husband was a patient at Clover Rest home. He was there for several weeks. During that time, he met several nurses, therapists and aides. Each one was exceptionally attentive meeting his every need. He made excellent progress and has returned home. I have been in touch with the doctor and administrator who gladly answered all questions and concerns and followed up on issues. This has been a truly positive experience. During this difficult time I felt assured that he was being well taken care of. Upon discharge staff congradulated his progress and warm goodbyes were shared. I recommend Clover Rest Home without hesitation. (Ignore the aesthetics. That is not what matters.)

I was there for 8 weeks and when I left it was like leaving family. I started wheelchair bound and left with a rollator walker. The staff from housekeeping to administration was caring, friendly, and capable in their jobs. Sara and Kati were terrific with their showers. All the nurses were attentive to my needs. The therapists got me walking and much stronger. There were multiple good activities to participate in. I would recommend Clover for medical or physical therapy needs!!

My mother-in-law was sent here after suffering from a severe UTI resulting in the need for physical rehabilitation. From the first day of her care to the last, the entire staff was exceptional . Each and every person made her feel cared for. From the nurses to the OT/PT staff, we knew she was being taken care of. The support staff was exceptional as well. Everyone knew her name and treated her like family. She never felt alone or abandoned. Her children were so happy to know that their mother was being so well taken care of. Even the kitchen staff and entertainment staff gave her something to look forward to every day. Each day was filled with activities while still focusing on getting her better so that she could return home. They truly cared for her as though she was THEIR parent. From what we have heard about other facilities, this place is truly unique in that regard. We are so happy that they had space for her when she needed it most. She is now back home thanks to their amazing work with her. While she truly misses everyone there and the new friends that she made, she is so thankful to them for getting her better. She asked that we mention some of the amazing people that helped her during her time there....Ebony, Christina, Brenda, Gabe, Dawn, Sara, Haiti, Janet, Janet, Eileen, Gabrielle, Karen, Rob, Angie, Sherry, and so many others.
