We had such a positive experience with Cloisters of the Valley. The community feels warm, peaceful, and welcoming, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into making residents feel comfortable, supported, and at home. A very special thank you to Tia. She is incredibly professional, organized, and knows how to take care of everything. From the beginning, she made me feel like I could stop worrying, let go, and trust that everything would be okay. That sense of peace and confidence meant so much to me. The entire process felt smooth and well managed, and everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and helpful. I really appreciated the communication, the care, and the feeling that everything was being handled properly. I highly recommend Cloisters of the Valley, and especially Tia. She made the whole experience so much easier and gave me real peace of mind.

I would never put my loved one here. They told us if we called a ambulance for our mother she could lose her place.we were so worried and wasnt allowed access to her. We were assured she was getting medical care , was told she was faking it to see us, she went from pushing others around to couldnt get out of bed and after 3 weeks we called a ambulance, and we found out it was too late she was septic. She passed miserably in hospice within 3 weeks. If shed had proper medical care the infection wouldnt of spread. Id never ever send someone here.

My stepmom has been living here for over 7 years. I can’t say enough good things about Cloisters. It’s the people who make a place excellent. The people here go above and beyond to take care of her. It is very well managed, the care is excellent, and they are all so kind. My stepmom is treated like a cherished family member. I am very grateful for the excellent care they provide. I highly recommend Cloisters! Five stars!
