From the time I first enter this facility. The staff was very friendly, questions that I asked. They seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and especially of my sister's situation. She's been near 24 hours to date. And even after talking to her, she says she had a good experience being there, and she's very comfortable in the building. Thank you.

Every time I visited my aunt the staff was kind & it’s very noticeable. Most important my aunt was treated well each time I asked her.
