Jolena and her team took such wonderful care of my father in law and for that I will be forever grateful. Jolena went above and beyond to ensure he got the care he needed even after he left. Thank you!

I cried everyday after visiting my grandpa here because I knew after I left that there would be no one left to care for him

As a chaplain I’ve had the chance to go and visit many nursing homes, in these experiences I have come to understand the hardships that the families face with their loved ones being there and the challenges that the staff face. This being the case, I was extremely disappointed by the care that my father in law experienced at this nursing home. Not only did he experience outright neglect but what I would classify as elder abuse. Sadly when we tried to resolve some of these issues, not only did we find no one to help but also experienced nothing but a deaf ear. This is especially what we experienced with the charge nurse Bernice who showed no compassion. But I do hope that the owner reaches out to correct what our loved one faced so no one else has to go through this.
